Return Policy

Returns are accepted only under the circumstances outlined below.
Eligible Returns
Returns may be accepted when:
- The product has a verified manufacturing defect.
- An incorrect item was delivered.
- The product arrived damaged.
Return Conditions
- Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must remain unused and in their original packaging.
- All accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and invoices must be returned with the item.
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned unless defective:
- Opened accessories
- Software
- Gift cards
- Clearance products
- Personal-use products
Approved returns will be processed after inspection.
